Description
This form is used as the last step of my Campaign Creation Primer process (CCP). It is the last step of that process and serves as a quick summary of your campaign for you and your players.
Form Instructions
Copy over the information taken from the Campaign Creation Primer Worksheet into this form (or you can start with this where you want).  You can give a copy to each player and/or have it hanging in your play area for you and your players to reference.

| Genre | Enter the genre for your campaign and an example of it if you have one |
| Campaign Issue Aspects | List your Campaign Issue Aspects here plus an example of a positive and negative invocation of that Campaign Aspect. The Legacy Issue will really be used as a Thematic Campaign Aspect. |
| Thematic Aspects | Write-in your Legacy Campaign Issue, and then, if your campaign uses Thematic Aspects, then list them here plus an example of a positive and negative invocation of all of them. |
| Extras and Skills | List the campaign wide Extras and Skill changes you will be using that differ from the default setting that way everyone knows. |
